Reinstall 1Password 7 with a license

Hello 1PW Community!

With reference to the following thread I need support:

I purchased a license for 1Password Standalone in 2018 and have always been happy with it. Now I have completely reinstalled my Mac and would like to install 1Password Standalone again. I went through the points from the quoted thread above and I installed 1PW 7 from the website. I can also sychronize my vault via iCloud, however I cannot create new items. How can I restore my purchased license?

    I'm sorry that you're unable to edit items using 1Password 7. For help with old standalone licenses please send in an email to support+tradein@1password.com so that the support team can take a look and advise on the best path forward.

    Just a note: With the launch of 1Password 8 for Mac, 1Password 7 for Mac is no longer supported and will only receive important security updates. We strongly encourage you to update to the latest and greatest version as soon as you have the chance: Upgrade to 1Password 8 for Mac
