I cannot get 1Password to open on my iPhone

How do I get my login websites to open on my iPhone 1Password app? I recently could not open the app on my phone so I deleted the app and then then reinstalled it. It now asks me what I would like to add to 1Password. Do I need to reenter all the web sites?
