1Password AutoFill isn't working
1Password autofill isn't working for me. When trying to log in and I select username or password it says WE COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING. I have been struggling with this all weekend, literally (can you tell this is all new to me?).
Maybe this is the problem...I prematurely deleted all my original passwords from my google password manager in Chrome on my laptop. Then...in 1Password I manually added back a username (my email address) and a 1Password password to all my accts. I don't know if any of this can be undone? Can I retrieve my original passwords and usernames from the cloud? Can you tell me how? (I now know I should have just imported the existing original passwords into 1Password. I wish I could just go back to square one and start over!
Could I sync my original passwords on my iPhone with my windows (assuming they are still on my iPhone!) or import them into chrome from my iPhone somehow?
Thanks
Cecilia

Hello @1111Greenfury! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when getting started with 1Password. Are you able to see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you can then this confirms that your items are saved correctly in your 1Password account, if you don't see your items on 1Password.com then let me know. Make sure that all of your login items have a website address saved in them. So if you've saved credentials for your Google Account in 1Password, the login item for those credentials should include the
https://www.google.com
website address.1Password autofill isn't working for me. When trying to log in and I select username or password it says WE COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING.
On the iPhone AutoFill is specifically handled by iOS and 1Password only provides the data for the experience. I would like you to make sure that you have turned on AutoFill to work with 1Password:
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Passwords > Password Options.
- Turn on AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys.
- Select 1Password.
Then try to fill your login again using this guide: Use 1Password to fill and save on your iPhone and iPad
Let me know how that goes.

Hey Dave
Thanks so much for reaching out and trying to help me!Yes, in 1Password.com. I see the 57 items I have manually added.
No, I have not added website addresses to my login items. I am not sure how to do that. Is it necessary? Is that my problem?Yes … Autofill and Save is turned on on both my windows laptop and on my iPhone.
Btw. I just noticed that accounts.google.com and app.zoom.us somehow ended up in the declined sites and apps section! I don’t think they should be there should they?

Hi Cecilia,
1Password uses the URL saved in the website field of your saved Login items to identify which site or service each Login item belongs to. Each Login item should have a URL saved in the website field, this will allow 1Password to suggest and fill the appropriate Login item when you visit a website.

Can you let me know a little more about where you're seeing the declined sites and apps section? You can share a screenshot if you like. ⚠️ If you're sharing a screenshot, make sure it doesn't contain any sensitive information, such as your email address, personal details, or any uncovered passwords.
