No gui sometimes

Latest 1P on latest Win 11x64.
The gui is no where to be found.. if i turn off one of my 3 monitors, it pops up in one of the other screens.

    I'm sorry that 1Password is disappearing on your Windows PC. If you restart the PC then are you able to still reproduce the issue? If you are then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:
