Firefox (Windows11) Extension login not possible
Dear members,
I need help with an unexpected behavior of the 1 pwd firefox Windows 11 extension. When I click the 1password icon in the browsers toolbar a small gray window opens as expected, but the window is empty, no input of the 1password password possible. The window can be closed by clicking on the upper margin and choose "close".
The only way to work around is to open the 1password windows program and use the main password there. Then the extension works as expected.
Is there any explanation or help available? Thanks!

Thank you for sending that over. Based on the information, you may be experiencing a known issue that our development team is investigating. A current workaround for this issue is to turn off the hardware acceleration option in the 1Password desktop app. Here's how:
- Open and unlock the 1Password 8 desktop app.
- Click the three dots at the top left of the app and select Settings.
- In the Advanced section, toggle off Use Hardware Acceleration.
- Press Ctrl + Q on your keyboard to fully quit the app.
After that, click the locked 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar to unlock it, and let me know if the same issue occurs.
