Hello @vishalsheth! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing the option to save new login. Can you tell me a little more about where you're seeing the issue? In the desktop app? Or 1Password in the browser?
If it's the latter then can you check to make sure that the following options are enabled:
- Open your browser.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
- Click Autofill & save.
- Make sure that "Offer to fill and save passwords" and "Offer to save logins" and "Offer to save items in autofill suggestions" are turned on.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Earlier if I go to any login on website and I filled data there was option to save this login. Now when I click on options I get new login only and with this it doesn’t fill any details that was filled in the site.

Hmmm, it sounds like there may be an issue with the URL not matching. That could cause the details to not be filled for you. Can you share the site URL, if it's public, so we can look into this?

How can this be a URL issue? The details are not added? I’m adding for the first time. It’s a fresh addition. It takes it as a new login starting fresh and no details are picked up from the site.

This sounds like you were prompted to save and you attempted to save. Do you have a login saved in 1Password without a URL for this site? If that save did not capture the URL a suggestion will not be offered to you.
Please share the URL (if possible) so we can try to replicate. Please share the steps you took.
Earlier you said:

Did you turn off the ability to save logins? What are your settings like?
- Right-click 1Password in the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Select Autofill & save.
- Turn off auto-submit - "Sign in automatically after autofill
1Password will automatically submit forms after filling logins."

I didn't get the save option. So I had to click on 1password and choose new login. I should get Dave option, which used to be available earlier through the browser extension.

I'm sorry that things still aren't working. So that I can look into this further, please reproduce the issue one more time while recording your screen: How to record the screen on your Mac - Apple Support (CA)
Then, send an email to
support+forum@1Password.com
with a link to this thread. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and send you a secure upload link to send in your recording. Make sure that there's nothing sensitive visible in the recording.-Dave

It’s not helpful in sending you anything as for a simple thing like date format has not been resolved as yet which is going on for more than 2yrs. It looks like 1Password was amazing once you a time but it doesn’t bother. You feel you can’t be touched and anything you do wouldn’t matter.
I’m not going to waste my time for this.0 -
I understand that you'd prefer not to spend more time troubleshooting this further at this time, if you would like us to dig deeper in the future then please send in a screen recording and the support team will be happy to help further. 🙂

I fail to understand what's the please 1pw gets in creating new issues? Now I get option to save the updated password but I can't scroll to the correct entry nor I get option to save it. What's happening? I've not signed up for beta testing. I feel this is happening a lot more than in 1pw7.
I tried again to save password. The password created was not as per the site rules.
