Apple Watch Unlock not working

Hello,

I work for an MSP and we have a client experiencing an issue with Apple Watch unlock functionality over the past few weeks. Her Mac and other apps unlock fine, but 1Password consistently prompts for a password instead of using the Apple Watch. We have tried reinstalling 1Password, toggling all relevant settings, and have exhausted our troubleshooting options.

I noticed several posts discussing this known issue. Is there an update on when a resolution might be available?

Thank you for your assistance.

  • Hello @foojeekel! 👋

I'm sorry that your client is running into trouble with Apple Watch unlock for 1Password. There are a few different issues that our developers are working to resolve. To identify the specific issue that your client is running into, and provide further advice, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your client's Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

Hi @Dave_1P , I sent those diagnostics over to the address provided but have not yet received a reply from BitBot. I'll post it whenever I receive it. Thanks for your patience, I was OOO and just now available to connect with my client and retrieve the diagnostics.
