Have had ongoing issues unlocking 1PW with my Apple Watch Ultra. Toggling unlock with Apple Watch in Settings > Touch ID & Passwords resolves the problem immediately, but later in the day the request to enter my password to unlock 1PW resumes. No problem whatsoever unlocking my Mac with the Apple watch. I have tried all the workarounds I have seen (resetting Mac, resetting watch, resetting iPhone, etc.) to no avail. Open to a software update fix or other alternatives

    Hello @OakBrook! 👋

I'm sorry that Apple Watch unlock intermittently stops working to unlock 1Password on your Mac. So that I can better understand that situation, the next time that your Apple Watch isn't available to unlock 1Password can you see if you can still unlock a macOS system prompt using your Apple Watch:

    1. Click on the  in the menu bar.
    2. Click System Settings.
    3. Click Privacy & Security.
    4. Click Advanced.
    5. As a temporary troubleshooting step, turn on "Log out automatically after inactivity".
    6. You'll now see a macOS system prompt asking you to confirm the action. You should receive a double-tap notification on your Apple Watch.

Are you able to use the Apple Watch to authenticate the macOS system prompt? Once this test is complete you can turn off "Log out automatically after inactivity" if you wish.

Dave re-reading your message - when the Apple watch could not unlock 1PW, I logged out. I was prompted to re-enter my password to log back on (in other words I could NOT authenticate with my Apple watch). Once I logged back in, 1PW began functioning again with my Apple watch. Not sure what this indicates, but I suspect you have an idea. I have kept "Log out automatically after inactivity" selected throughout the testing. Hope this helps.

Problem has started back up. Later in the day the request to enter my password to unlock 1PW resumes.
