Sync issues between iphone and cloud and desktop/laptops
Every new password I add I'm restarting 1password, apps, phones, etc....it's maddening. Why so difficult?

Sync sometimes is delayed for minutes or hours, no rhyme or reason. I'm pulling my hair out here!

I'm sorry that you're not seeing your new items or edits on other devices. So that I can better understand the situation, when you create a new item or edit an existing item then do you see the new changes:
- When opening the 1Password app on other devices?
- When using 1Password in the browser (the browser extension)?
- When you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

Just updated to the latest and greatest version of 1Password on Mac: 1Password for Mac 8.10.50
81050025, on PRODUCTION channelI looked this up and it's documented as an issue as far back as 2018, but that discussion is CLOSED.
So has it been fixed and suddenly it's now a NEW recurrence of this issue? I'm genuinely confused and trying to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please advise!

I'm having similar issues but do not have that offline button as shown....is this the main issue? I checked my Safari extension as well and NADA

I'm sorry that you're still not seeing the same items on all of your devices. Are you able to answer the questions that I asked back on October 1st, they'll help me to better understanding the situation and advise further. Here are the questions again, when you create a new item or edit an existing item using the 1Password app on your Mac then do you see the new changes:
- When opening the 1Password app on other devices?
- When using 1Password in the browser (the browser extension)?
- When you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

I don’t always see it any of those places consistently. I’m primarily focused on how when I use my phone or I use an extension I don’t see it in the main app. I never checkyour website for that because that’s one more step that my ADHD brain just cannot remember is even an option so it’s a non-issue

Thanks for the reply. Do you usually make changes using the 1Password extension and then don't see those changes in the 1Password app? Or the other way around? Or both?
How often does the issue occur? Does it occur every day?

Both and it basically occurs each time I do this. Most recently today when I created a new account and password within the browser app, then went to look it up in the standalone app. it wasn't there. So I circled back to my iphone app and it wasn't there either. An hour later it had been updated but I wasn't on this task anymore....so I punted it til I get back to this issue....but it's frustrating as hell when I'm trying to accomplish a given task and then am distracted into a problem solving/easter egg hunt for the data I just entered minutes before....to enable myself to function more smoothly! It's made me more frustrated, less efficient, etc.
I am tempted to just recreate a spreadsheet flat file.....honestly. Feels like all these tools have gotten less handy and more high maintenance when they are supposed to HELP not add to the burden.0 -
I'm sorry for the frustration. The next time that you update or create a login using the browser extension and you don't see that login in the apps, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
