Following months of testing and feedback from our community, we're pleased to announce that 1Password is officially available for Arm-based Windows PCs. This includes full support for new Copilot+ PCs and Arm-based Surface devices.

Get 1Password for Windows (ARM64)

If you already have the 1Password desktop app installed on your Arm-based Windows PC (including the Arm preview release), uninstall it first before installing this new version. Your local accounts and data will remain.

What to know

The Arm-native version of 1Password for Windows is feature-complete and will receive automatic updates from this point forward. There are only a small number of differences from the x64 version:

  • The .EXE installer is the only option currently available for ARM64 (no MSI)
  • There is currently no nightly or beta channel for ARM64
  • The ARM64 build is available on the Windows Store and through a link to the direct installer in this community post. The direct installer is not yet available on 1Password.com download page.
