How to include 1Password CLI commands in PowerShell Script to create new vault item using Service ac

I am working on Automation script using PowerShell to create new vault and login credentials. I have installed 1Password CLI. But in the .sh file couldn't run 1Password CLI commands. I have implemented service account and associated with a vault. In that vault I have saved service account access token. I want to retrieve that token to give permissions to user to create new vault and login credentials.
Please suggest..
