No Password for Passkey

Several weeks ago I was using my browser on my laptop and trying to login to my Google account. A popup of some kind (I don't recall exactly what it was) suggested I use a passkey. I don't know what that is, but I asked around, searched around and it sounds like a good idea, so I did that.

Everything is fine until I'm on my Android phone this afternoon and I need to login to Google. I enter my username, go to enter the password, 1Password pops up, I find my Google account in 1Password, but there's no password. As far as I can tell, it's not giving me the option to use a passkey, and there is no password in 1Password anymore. I don't know what the password is for my Google account (15 random characters that 1Password generated, that I'm not supposed to have to remember because I have 1Password). So there is no logging in for me!

I eventually get back to my laptop, get into my Google account using the passkey in the 1Password in my laptop, and change the Google password to something easy to remember. Now I can go back to my Android and login to Google using the new password and bypassing 1Password.

So crisis averted; however, I'd like to get my Google password back up to something more secure, but how do I do this with 1Password now that it doesn't let me have a password for the Google account because it thinks I should be using passkeys and not passwords.
