Why is 1Password web extension still so buggy?

I've been using 1Password for years and the web extension has never been as buggy. Constant issues with the extension thinking it's locked and issues with it connecting to the main app. It's actually incredibly annoying that these issues haven't been addressed at all in months

Based on the details you've shared, it sounds like there's some trouble with communication between the desktop app and browser extension. Can you reproduce the behaviour you're encountering and send over some diagnostics, so that we can take a closer look:

After sending the email, you’ll receive a reply from our BitBot with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
