Item history not affected when changing login
We have a shared item in our team. By mistake, when logging in to the same site, a colleague updated the item via the browser extension with their details incl. changed e-mail address.
Now, since this was the first change to the item since its creation back in 2021, the item history does show the creation date and last change date, but I cannot view item history window. I have no means to find the previous username. Or have I? Why is not the first "revision" of the item saved in the item history, when the item is changed?
Password history (in a complete separate menu, why?) does show the previous password, but rather than showing it from the date the item was created, it shows the date this password was changed, which is a bit confusing.
Generally, the changed item history, which is now the same also on the web, is quite a usability downgrade.

Hello @finwe! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing the View previous versions button for an item whose username was updated using 1Password in the browser. Can you see the previous version when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you can't then are you able to share the specific website addresses of the page where your colleague ran into this issue? It would help me to isolate the problem further. If you don't want to post the website address to the public forum then you can send it to
support+forum@1Password.com
and include a link to this thread. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and take a look.-Dave

Thanks for the reply. No, the item history is not present in the web app either. The website in question is https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/signin, which is the login page for iCloud (and maybe other Apple services).
