1Password Extension for Safari: I can't log in

Hello,

I have installed 1P and created a master password. The Safari extension is also installed.

It is not possible to login to the extension. After I have entered the password, the message appears that I have no safe installed.
In the login is written "Tresor'(null)'" --> "Save'(zero)'.

It would be great if someone could help me.

    Hello, @dasta. Sorry you're having this trouble.

    Did you ever run a beta version of1P4? That might be the reason behind the error you're seeing. @MikeT mentioned:

    It is likely it [the extension] might be looking at the beta's files and not the MAS file, thus the null vault.

    In German, tresor means safe or vault.

    Even if you have never used a 1P4 beta could you send us a Diagnostics Report (and include a link to this topic) that could better help us resolve your problem? Thank you!

    No support by support+urgent@agilebits.com and also no support by support@agilebits.com. Small bugs are one thing, but the product I paid for doesn't launch!

    Did you get an email from Steve? We replied on the 15th to your email with more information but we didn't hear back from you. Can you tell us if you got anything back or maybe check the spam folder? It should come from support@agilebits.com.
