Not creating backups automatically

Seem to have all the data lose issues resolve (hopefully) thanks to transferring from MAS to website versions.

Small niggles remain but the most important is the seeming failure to create automatic backups. Having to remember to manually back up when I add or edit an item.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

    Seems my MacBook Pro is but my iMac isn't. Weird. Identical set ups.

    Hi @RDH,

    That could mean that the issue may be something else on your iMac. Are you still seeing this issue? If yes, could you open up 1Password on your iMac, go to the File Menu > Backup, and then email us your diagnostic report. Please include a link to this thread, so we can connect the dots.
