Can you blacklist logins from appearing on certain sites?

Real world example:

I have multiple Apple ID logins. I want them all to appear in 1P when visiting Apple.com.

I only want my personal Apple ID to appear when I go to iCloud.com.

I looked at the entries in 1Password, and the Apple IDs don't have the iCloud site in their websites, they only have Apple.com. 1Password is "smart" enough to be able to recognize iCloud as an Apple site when I go to it, so all of those logins (with only apple.com in their 1P entries) pop up. This would normally be good, but it this case I don't want it to. Make sense?

I'd ideally like to blacklist those other IDs from iCloud.com.

  • Hi @kcastill,

We have a mapping rule 1Password 4 where it automatically sees iCloud.com as Apple.com because they use the same account setup, the same for googlemail.com and google.com.

If you have multiple Login items for Apple.com and you want to filter them out of the Logins list, the best thing to do is edit those said items and scroll down to the Display value. Change it to Never Show In Browser, and they will never show up in your Logins in 1Password mini.

There's another way around this. If you don't want to filter them out in mini, what you can do is favorite the items you want. 1Password mini will automatically bubble them up to the top of the Logins when you're on iCloud.com, so you don't have to keep scrolling to find what you want.
