Upgrade to 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle

Hi, I have bought 1 password 4 from the mac app store and want to upgrade to the 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle.
Please can you help me out since i don't have a licence number (1 password for mac bought from the app store) to enter in your site?

i have also emailed your cutomer serivce several times with all my order details but i never got any answer back?
