Safari extension not asking to save new passwords
Hello Support,
First off, 1 Password is awesome. I'm a longtime supporter, and it's an absolute life saver for me! Anyway...
I have seen issues related to 1Password not asking to replace existing logins, but not this issue specifically.
I have a username and password saved in 1P (created in 1P 3 or earlier) for the PPL website:
https://auth.ppluk.com/auth/UI/Login?goto=http://myppl.ppluk.com:80/
I attempted to log in to the site by either accessing the site from my Safari bookmark and selecting the login from the 1P extension, or by clicking the URL in 1Password itself and have it open and auto-fill Safari. In both cases the Email field is not filled. There appear to be two issues:
1) the 1P extension does not fill the Email, only the password. In 1Password this field is titled username, but this is true on other log-ins and the same issue does not appear to be occurring.
2) if I manually copy and paste email and password, 1Password does not ask to either update the existing version, or ask to create a new saved password. Automatically ask to save new Logins is enabled.
I have tried manually creating a new login in 1Password but the problem persists. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,
Jo

@jogleave Try following these steps:
- Create a new login in the 1Password app and fill in the title, URL, username, and password as usual.
- Save this new login, then go back to edit mode.
- Click on Show web form details and change username to IDToken1, and password to IDToken2.
- Save the login and give it a try!
Hope that works for you! :D
