1Password mini failed to open database because of the following problem: "disk I/O error".

Additional information:

Error Domain=SQLite Code=3850 "disk I/O error"
UserInfo=0x7f96da704070 {SQLiteExtenderError=3850,
NSLocalizedDescription=disk I/O error}

Have rebooted... un-installed/reinstalled... removed browser extension, nothing has helped so far.

I have a networked home directory, but have never had any problems before today (other than with iCloud sync).

Running OS X 10.9 (13A603).

Used to have 1Password 3 installed, but updated to 4 when it came out. Note: I don't recall ever "uninstalling ver 3", but it's been working fine since installed 4 a while ago.

    Hi @basic,

    I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

    I think the easiest way to track this issue down is to see a Diagnostic Report from your machine:

    Please download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
