The software is up to date. Might someone be faking the screen and phishing?

    Are you filling (and submitting) your logins manually (without 1Password)? If yes, then this might explain why 1Password auto-save keeps popping up. Using 1Password to fill (and submit) your logins will solve this problem. Or you can simply unlock 1Password.
