Issues with conflicts
I need help resolving conflicts. A number of conflicts are showing up in 1 Password. I'm not sure when this happened, but could have happened today when I got a new iPhone 5s. It initially tried to sync using iCloud (even though all other syncs are using DropBox). I switched the sync to DropBox on the iPhone. Two questions.
1--How do I resolve the conflicts?
2--Once all of this is straightened out, should I switch to iCloud for syncing (all devices that I'm syncing now are Macs -- 2 laptops plus iPhone and iPad)

I've also noticed that 1Password on the iPhone seems to be continuously syncing.

Hi @warew,
I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
1--How do I resolve the conflicts?
If you have a backup saved from before the conflicts appeared, you can restore to that point, but you will lose any changes you have made since. If you have made other changes to your database, your best bet is to manually edit and resolve the conflicts: if the conflicted information is the most up-to-date, simply copy and paste it into the appropriate fields, and if the conflicted information is duplicated or out of date, just delete it.
2--Once all of this is straightened out, should I switch to iCloud for syncing (all devices that I'm syncing now are Macs -- 2 laptops plus iPhone and iPad)
Whether you use iCloud or Dropbox is completely up to your personal preference - since all the devices you wish to sync are Apple products, iCloud is an option to consider. Please note that if you have some devices currently syncing to iCloud and others syncing via Dropbox, your database may not be the same across all devices. You're best off to select the sync solution that works best for you and use it alone.
I've also noticed that 1Password on the iPhone seems to be continuously syncing.
If you are noticing the gears of the Settings icon spinning, this is a known issue that our developers have managed to squash. You'll see an update soon that resolves this. A more accurate indication of sync can be found in the progress bar in the Sync screen. If you are seeing continuous syncing based on this progress bar, we'd love to hear a bit more about it!
I hope this answers your questions, but if you need anything further, we're here for you :)
