Hello, is that normal that this log file is increasing since 2011? Is there a limit for this file or it's going to be larger and larger?

Sounds like you're looking at a log file from 1Password 3. If you are no longer using 1Password 3, this shouldn't be increasing anymore, and you can safely delete it. The log files are not used directly by 1Password, they are simply used for de-bugging or troubleshooting purposes.

The logs for 1Password 4 will have one of these titles (depending on where you purchased 1Password 4) 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper.log or 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper.log
