I do not have a Sync tab in my 1Password app on my Mac. Without that I can't sync to iCloud to sync my passwords to my 1Password app on my iOS devices.

    Hey @ksimmerman,

    In 1Password 4, go to 1Password > Preferences... in the menu bar. There should be Sync tab there, as displayed below:

    If that's not what your preferences window looks like, you might be using 1Password 3. Please check your version by going to 1Password > About 1Password in the menu bar.

    I don't have that sync tab. I'm using Version 3.8.21 (build 32009). Should I be using a different version? I downloaded the same app my husband did and he has the sync tab but I do not. How do I fix?

    Hey @ksimmerman,

    You are using the old 1Password 3, which doesn't support iCloud sync (and doesn't have a sync tab in preferences).

    1Password 4 for Mac can be downloaded from the AgileBits website:

    AgileBits Downloads

    Please note that it requires OS X 10.8 or later. Also, it requires a different license than 1Password 3. If you currently own a version 3 license, it needs to be upgraded to a version 4 license.
