1Password 4 fails to fill in passwords

On 1Password 4 I have noticed repeatedly that when I have a new window of Safari, it fails to provide passwords. The original window might be downloading from a site so I open a new window and try to login to another site and the passwords fail to appear. I think I have noticed this on tabs also if one tab is busy, but not sure on this. I did not have this problem before the upgrade to 4.
I am running iMac OSX 10.9, Safari. Everything up tp date, except the latest update to 1 password, but I did not see this in the fixes.

    Hi, @lasleyma.

    I'm sorry your passwords aren't appearing in new Safari windows when using 1Password 4. Is the problem that the 1P mini window doesn't pop up after you've pressed the 1P toolbar icon or typed the keyboard shortcut for it? Could you describe more about what isn't happening the way you'd like it to? Does it work okay most of the time? Thanks!
