Chrome extension synching with Program

Hi,
My DropBox syncing got messed up again so I restored it from a backup. But now my Chrome browser extensions has entries in it that aren't in the main 1Password app. I did a repair in the main app and no errors. How can I get the Chrome extension and 1Password back in sync? TIA,

    Hi, David.

    Please try removing the 1Password extension (which you do in Chrome) and then re-installing it (which you do in 1Password), and let us know whether that solves the problem.

    I uninstalled the extension, closed Chrome, has 1Password reinstall it, but it didn't sync up immediately. Not sure what event had to happen for it to sync up, but it eventually did. I lost a the few entries I was aware of that the extension had, but I wrote them down before the uninstall, so I'm good now.
