Is there a way to create proper address fields (zip code, city, state) in all the type of forms just like it is in the 'Identities' forms without having to create multiple custom labels?

For now you will need to create custom fields to add a second address to an Identity, but you're not the only person who would like to see a bit more flexibility here. I'll add your vote to the feature request! :)
