HELP!! Syncing old version to new version - all files gone

Any suggestions? I tried to sync old files to the new version but there are no accounts in my new version and I can't find older version.
Please help.

    Got it. Not pleased at that scare, but I went to the older version and was able to export and then import to new version. The whole dropbox option at the setup was awful.
