Cannot Locate and/or Download License File
Hello! I've downloaded the new 1Password. When the program asks me to register my product, the link to "Add License" opens a file folder for me to chose a file. I've learned from your website that there's a file I should have received with my initial license key that I can attach here that should register me. But I never received any such file. And when I go to the Agile Bits website and request to have my license key sent to me again, the email I receive does not give me a link to download this new license file. (as seen here: http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/Mac/en/Tutorials/apply-license.html). I have tried and had my license resent three times, but there has never been a link to download my license file. Can someone please guide me to how to find this file? Thank you so much for your help! :)

You are using the AgileBits store version rather than the Mac App Store version, aren't you? The App Store version doesn't need a separate licence file.

Hi, @FailureBunny.
Our back office, under the account with the same email address you use on this forum, shows you currently only have a license for 1Password 3. Did you purchase a 1Password 4 license using a different account?

SJK, thank you for looking up my account; I may have purchased a separate license, but it would have been under the same email address, I only use that single email address. I remember that I tried to upgrade the software a few months ago, but I don't know how it was done, and whether I tried to purchase a new license, forgive me for my poor memory. But if I did NOT purchase a 1Password 4 license, if I still have my 1Password 3 license, what should I do? Thank you for your help!

I'm sorry you weren't able to locate a 1Password 4 for Mac license. Did you also check in the App Store app to see if a 1Password purchase shows up there under the Purchases tab? Something like this:
I did take another look here and still only found your your 1Password 3 for Mac license, which I've emailed to you for your convenience. Since it was purchased from our website you can upgrade it to a 1Password 4 for Mac license using our online store. Just enter your 1P3 License Code on this page to see the options:
Upgrades for Existing License Owners
Although you currently have a Family license for 1P3 you have the choice of upgrading it to a Single user license for 1P4 if that's all you'll need.
