Hi

When using 1P to sign in on redfin.com (specifically: https://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/login )

...1P appears to be submitting on the 'reset password' link, per this diagram:

I realize you can't control what they do, but in case 1P can account for this situation, I wanted to bring it up.

thanks

Does it work if you save a new login manually? That sometimes cures issues like the one you have.

Alas, it did not work. Thanks for the tip of what sometimes can happen though!

    Hi @kevbob,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with this site. If the site is filling your information in correctly and it is simply the submit option that is going awry, you can disable submit for the Login by editing the entry and selecting 'Never submit'. It means that you will have to press the "Sign In" button yourself, but it will prevent you from being taken to the wrong page. I'll be sure to pass this site along to our developers though to see if we can't improve behaviour here in the future.
