No syncing to Iphone 5 from Macbook Pro (dropbox/ Wi-Fi)

Just installed 1Password on my Macbook Pro and downloaded (bought) the 1 Password app on my Iphone 5, but whatever I do or try, my data will not sync from my Mac to my iPhone. Tried both syncing via Dropbox and Wi-Fi. Also tried 1PasswordAnywhere....I get an error message. Already dis-/enabled syncing. Rebooted my phone, my computer....nothing! Getting a real head-ache...

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting things synced up in 1Password. In order to help get things sorted out, I will need just a bit more information from you:

    • What are the version numbers on 1Password on your computer and mobile device?
    • What is the error message that you are seeing? (If its easier, you can take a screenshot of the message: there are instructions on how to take a screenshot here: http://take-a-screenshot.org/. You can save the image to a service like Dropbox or Droplr and include a link in your reply.)

    Some quick things to check when syncing with Dropbox:

    • Ensure that Dropbox is installed and running on all devices
    • Ensure that you are signed in with the same account on all computers and devices.

    Once I know a bit more about your situation, we should be able to get this sorted out in no time :)
