Cant install browser extension in Safari

I followed the directions to install browser extensions, and it worked very easily with Firefox. However, nothing is launching in Safari. I've attempted this two different ways, including the method you show on your video demonstration. Please advise.

    I think the best way to all this sorted out for you is if you email a Diagnostics Report from your Mac where the problems are; instructions are here:
