(null) Vault in Firefox Extension
I've sent this to support but haven't heard anything after a few days so I just wanted to post it here to see if I could get some feedback
I've been a long time user of 1password on Windows and recently added a Macbook Air to my lineup, and am running into lots of weirdness that I just never ran into on Windows
I purchased 1password from the Mac store, and was using it for a couple weeks before I started noticing that quite a few logins (new or updated) were not being synced between my Air and my other machines. I noticed it at a point where it was hard for me to figure out just what was and wasn't synced properly, so I likely have lots of discrepancies now between my Air and what's on my PC's for passwords/logins
So I did some digging and found these forums, and decided I'd rather get the 1password version directly from Agile Bits since the Mac Store version seemed to be the one with sync issues with Dropbox
So I tried to uninstall the Mac Store version and installed the Agile Bits Website trial version
This seemed to clear up the sync issues, at least from what I could tell, but then I started getting the (null) Vault issue in the browser extension for Firefox
Either way, the Mac Store version prompted me to update at some point after installing the Agile Bits website version, at the time I didn't really know which version was prompting me to update, so I updated, and now I seem to be back on the Mac Store version, but still have the (null) Vault issue in the Firefox Extension
I'm not sure what to do as I have not yet heard from support at Apple or Agile Bits, and this problem is frustrating and distracting enough that I keep tinkering with it every day and can't really figure anything out
So at this point, what I want to know is this - how do I wipe 1password completely from my Macbook Air, get a refund from the Mac Store for that version, and buy the Agile Bits website version, and install that as a clean install? I feel I need to start fresh because everything else I try from the forums has not worked to fix any of the issues, and I'm tired wasting time trying to get this annoying issue fixed
Unfortunately Apple has not responded to any of my questions about a refund either, I'm really in the dark on all this and would like some help

Hi @ltp4000,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting a while for support - I hope that @Stephen_C's articles have been helpful to you. I checked in our email system and see that one of our team has sent you an email regarding your issue, it's probably easiest to continue the conversation directly there, so we don't duplicate efforts or get things muddled up between here and there.
That being said, please do let us know if Apple refuses your request for a refund - just email in your purchase receipt and we'll see what we can do! :)
