Annoying message

I keep getting the following message, usually when I wake the computer, or even when I am actively using it: 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4.helper unexpectedly quit the last time it was run. Would you like to send a crash report to Agilebits?

I find it quite annoying! What should I do?

    The first thing to do is to send the crash report - and include a link to this thread. If you want more help here on the forum people are going to ask you things like:

    1. what version of 1P4 are you running (and whether it's from the Mc App Store or the Agile Bits Store - although we may be able to work that out from the version number);
    2. what version of OS X are you running; and, for good measure
    3. what browser (and version number) are you using.
