1P4 Extension doesn't work with Fast User Switching

I'm running 1P4.1.2 on a 2013 iMac with Mavericks. My wife and I have separate OS X user accounts, and we use the same Dropbox account to sync our single keychain. When we are both logged in to our accounts on the the iMac, the 1P4 extension won't function. You can log into the app but you can't fill any passwords. When you click on the extension icon in Safari, nothing happens. You can fix the problem by logging either of us out of our Mac account. This was not a problem in Mountain Lion. Please help.

    Hi @spedf22,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with fast user switching. We have seen this in previous versions, but thought that it was squashed in 4.1.2. Can you tell me if you have the 'Lock when fast user switching' option is checked or unchecked in Preferences > Security?
