Purchased 1Password 4 but haven't received license [Resolved by email]

I'm very frustrated. I just purchased the v.4 upgrade and at the end of the order the webpage says, "Click here to automatically add your license"and it doesn't do a damn thing. The software no says I'm running in demo mode. Not a big deal, I'll just contact support... Oh, there's a message that says they, "have received an unprecedented volume of email messages since launch!!" 

The reason I'm so frustrated is that I liked the old version. I feel like I'm being forced to upgrade since the old browser exention doesnt work anymore and now this happens. I'm a very unhappy customer right now.

    They changed from an alphanumerical license key to a license file between version 3 and 4. If you download the file and double click it, it should install in your demo version of 1Password 4. Or you can navigate to the file from the license menu in 1Password and load it that way.

    I wasn't getting a key or a file. The link was broken. They contacted me today and everything is better. They manually sent me the license file.
