Login won't work for a specific site that needs 3 pieces of information

This site: https://www.therapynotes.com just changed their login. 1Password always worked on their site before. It now has three boxes to complete - Practice, User name and Password. There is a two step process where your Practice is asked for first, then you are taken to the login page which displays the Practice as filled in and then User Name and Password need to be filled in. 1 Password is not submitting any thing into the appropriate boxes.

I have deleted my old login and saved a new one as suggested on here. I also tried to add a third 'web detail' but that also did not work. Any suggestions?

Hi Tripp ( @tripplc ),

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with this site. I've done some testing here as well, and I just can't quite seem to get 1Password to behave either. 1Password's form-filling depends on fields being labelled in a standard way, and it doesn't look like Practice or Username fields have a name or ID. What this means is that 1Password has to guess at what gets filled where.

It looks like this might be one of those sites where copying and pasting your information is the way to go. Be sure to test out the anchor feature in 1Password mini: just click on the anchor in the bottom left of the details window when viewing the item to pin the details to your screen and make copying and pasting easier. :)
