The menu File/Preferences misses the "..." (ellipsis).
Normally if a dialog box comes up on selecting a menu in Windows the text must have the "..." at the end (see also Import..., Export... or Enter license key...)

By the same token, each of the items on the File > New Item submenu should include an ellipsis, as well.
