No "Save Login" option for site

I have a web site that asks for "Username" and "Date of Birth" (form field id "dob") as the login, and 1P does not recognize it as a login screen, so I have no option to "Save Login" (Chrome w/4.1.1.90 extension). I tried creating a login entry in 1P itself (v4), but cannot get it to fill in the dob field - it puts the username twice (both fields). Please don't ask why the site is asking for DOB as password - I don't know.

    I'm sorry you can't get a working Login item for the site. Can you post its URL here so we can take a look and suggest how you can create Login item that does work with it? If you'd rather not post that URL publicly you can send me Private Message with it instead. Thanks!
