Invisible 1Password files in Dropbox - can I delete them?

Hi -

I've got two invisible files in my Dropbox that appear to be from 1Password. And yes, I do use Dropbox to keep my 1Password database synchronized between my desktop & laptop computer.

The files are named:

.tags_and_ratings.plist(last updated in October 2012)
.ws.agile.1Password.settings (last updated August 2010)

I'm almost certain I can delete these files, but wanted to check with someone from AgileBits first.

For reference, my system is as follows:

Mac OS X 10.8.5
16gb RAM
Dropbox 2.6.18
1Password 4.1.3

So, can I delete these files?

    Hi @michaelfrankel,

    The .ws.agile.1Password.settings file is currently required. It is a pointer file to where your keychain is located and used by the mobile apps to locate your data file within Dropbox. I believe it won't be necessary in the future, but for now you should leave it.

    I'm not sure what .tags_and_ratings.plist is, but I don't think it's related to 1Password.

    Hi @michaelfrankel,

    Your .ws.agile.1Password.settings file might be a leftover from 1Password 3. It's not being used with newer versions of 1Password but it's safest to leave it for now, like @JasperP suggested.

    The .tags_and_ratings.plist file looks it's related to OpenMeta for storing tags and ratings metadata (with Leap?):
