2 computers, 1 Apple ID, 2 people

Here is my situation. I have 2 computers, 1 iPad, 1 iPhone. My wife has an iPhone. I use the iMac and my wife uses the Macbook Pro. Both computers are under 1 Apple ID, which is my Apple ID. This is because I like to buy software from the App Store and use on both computers and my wife doesn't want to bother. But her iPhone is under her own Apple ID. Not sure how we got to this point, but it is how the devices are set up. I purchased 1Password, single license, from the App Store. I've been using it on the iMac, iPad, and my iPhone. But, I started thinking I like the software a lot and would like my wife to use it to store her passwords on the Macbook Pro and her iPhone. What is the best way to go about doing this? Should I just create a secondary vault and have her use that vault? Should I upgrade to the Family License through the AgileBits website? I don't necessarily mind if we have access to each other's passwords, but I think that would clutter things quite a bit. We rarely use each other's computers and when we do, we don't usually need to sign in to anything. I hope my question makes sense.

Thanks!
