Can't start 4.0.9 after updating

I bought 1pw from agile bits store! Installed 4.0.5 and it worked properly.
After some updates were issued I tried to install it but after downloading I couldn't install it. system message was "verification failed".
Then I downloaded 4.0.9 from you website installed it due to faq but receive the message "“1Password 4” can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac App Store."
What should I do? Can you transfer my license to mac app store?
