Multiple entries for sites in version 4

Using 1Password 4 on Macs (two MacbookPros and 1 MacBook Air, all using latest released version of OS X 10.9.2 and an iPhone 5S running latest iOS (and latest 1Password). Am getting multiple entries for sites that are identical in all respects (that I can see from the records) except date created. I have 5 for one site, 4 for another, etc. This is new behavior since updating to v 4.
It does prompt me to create new entries for sites that already have entries and I read the thread where it was suggested to turn off the auto suggest to save password, but that's not a good solution. I liked that feature in v 3, it's just a bit hyperactive in v 4

    Additional info:
    Safari 4.1.0 extension. Safari 7.0.2 (9537.74.9) and 1Password Version 4.1.2 (412009)

    Hi @keithhuss,

    I'm sorry you're ending up with unnecessary extra items for certain sites in 1Password. Were all of them created after autosaving multiple times when being prompted again even though items already exist for those sites?

    Do you have other extensions or password managers enabled in Safari? And if you can post any example URLs it would be helpful so we can do specific testing here. Finally, are you using multiple vaults?
