Login to Chase not working
When I try to login to Chase through browser extensions (Safari or Chrome), it successfully auto fills and submits the login credentials, but then gets stuck on this blank page https://mfasa.chase.com/auth/login.html.
The only way I have been to successfully login is to copy username and password manually and fill them directly. Any suggestions?
Thank You.

Hi @kiddan,
I'm sorry you're having trouble using 1Password with your Chase login. Which versions of 1Password and its browser extension (for Safari and Chrome) are you running?
Please try temporarily disabling autosubmit and see if that makes any difference. To do that, edit the item and scroll down to set the submit field to Never submit.
Changes have been made in the beta extension that may help with this issue. If you'd like to give that a try, open the 1Password Extension page with the browser you want the extension installed in, then select Enable betas before clicking the big green
Install
button:In Chrome, make sure it's the only extension enabled on the chrome://extensions page. It is still a beta so you might notice a few unpolished bits. :)
Any issues specific to the 1Password 4 beta application and/or its extensions can be reported in the Mac Beta subforum.
Please let us know how that goes. Your feedback is appreciated!

I am running version 4.1.2 of 1Password and extension versions 4.1.0 (Safari) and 4.1.1.90 (Chrome). Disabling autosubmit did the trick.
I will wait for the changes to make it to the stable release. Thanks for your help.

Hi @caseywilson,
Are you having the issue of Chase loading a blank page and getting stuck after login with autosubmit enabled? And can you log in okay when autosubmit is disabled?

I just upgraded to 1Password 4 for Mac. Ive been a 1PW user for may years and was disappointed that the program no longer works with my main bank Chase. I have read the forums and turned off auto-submit and also tried the beta extensions for Chrome, all to no avail. I'm hoping there is a work around for this. Please advise.

Hi Rodger,
Can you give 1Password filling a try on the https://chaseonline.chase.com page and see if you get better results, with or without auto-submit enabled? Thanks!

That works thank you!

Great to hear that works for your, Rodger! Thanks for letting me know.
We'll continue to work out kinks with 1Password filling/submitting so it's reliable on as many of the various Chase login pages as possible. :)

This worked for me too. Thanks!
Strange though that it doesn't work on chase.com. It has before.0 -
That's excellent, @initiator!
Financial sites are particularly prone to making adjustments to login pages/forms in ways that can be troublesome for 1Password. Presumably in the interest of increasing security, while too often combined with decreasing usability.

I was having the same problem, and now nothing works on Chase.com

Hi @achase77,
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Chase.com right now. Could you please provide a bit more detail about which of the above suggestions you have tried? Users have been reporting that the following do help:
- Disabling auto-submit
- Download the beta extension
- Use https://chaseonline.chase.com/ as your log-in page
If not, please provide the version numbers of 1Password, the browser extension, and your operating system so we can better narrow this issue down.

I got it working by using the method you mentioned in the other thread. I did reinstall the extension and reload both Chrome and 1password.
