    Hi AN,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the 1Password extension filling on this page. Could you please try manually saving a new Login item for it and let us know if that works for you? You could also try your current Login item on the https://host1.medcohealth.com/consumer/site/login page and see if that makes any difference. Thanks!

    Hi Ayara,

Please try saving a new Login using these steps:

    • Edit the login that you currently have for this website by appending an "Old" to the title - just so you can tell them apart.
    • Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
    • Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary.
    • Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
    • Select Save new login.
    • Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
    • Click Save.
    • Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.

If that doesn't work, please tell me the version number of 1Password as well as the version numbers of your extensions so we can investigate further. :)

Thanks sjk for the prompt answer.
Tried to save a new login manually. Same result. Doesn't work.
When I tried to login clicking on the link you provided me, a different saved login appeared (with the same login info, of course) and it worked right away.
No idea what's going on there, but regarding me, I solved the problem: bookmarked the site you gave me the link to and from now on am going to log in from there.
Thanks again and enjoy the weather (at least here is enjoyable).. :-))))))

Megan, sorry, when I answered, didn't see your post, only after got an email.
    Thanks for sending it.
Went by your directions and it worked.
AND I also learned (or re-learned, cause I should have known that) how to save a new login for the same site (have done it several times in the past)... :)
You too... enjoy the weather. :)

Since we've changed to Express-Scripts from Medco Health, The Mini Sign-in no longer works. The login and password are all in one page, but neither are filled in. When the service was MetCo, the login worked fine.

    Hi @Omen,

I've added your report of the problem you're having with this site to another topic with suggestions how to fix it by saving a new Login item. Please let us know if that doesn't help and we'll find another way to get it working for you. Thanks!

    Hi sjk,

Your suggestion worked great. What's strange though is that my wife and I both have logins. Mine didn't work, but hers did. Go figure.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

You're welcome, @Omen. Thanks for letting us know the suggestion was helpful.

Seems something differs between those non-working and working items for you and your wife. Whatever it is, I'm happy you're on the working side now, too. :)
