Hi.
I purchased 1Password pro on November 28, 2011.
On my Mac it says it is a version 4.1.2, though on my iPhone5 it is only 3.7.2.
No updates are vaialable neither on my Mac, nor on my iPhone. Sync is not working and on iPhone I can see that the last one took place 27 weeks ago. Please help, cause it is frustrating (I enter my new password on Mac and I dont have them in my iPhone and vice versa).

    Hi @MIG1password,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience with this! Dropbox discontinued the API used by 1Password 3 for iOS after it was removed from the App Store in 2012. We’d like to update 1Password 3 for iOS, but we can’t since it was removed. Apps removed from sale can no longer be updated. And as a small team we need to focus our development efforts on making the current versions of 1Password even better.

Wi-Fi sync was completely re-written in version 4, so you must have the same version of 1Password installed on both your Mac and your iOS device to be able to sync using Wi-Fi (either v3 to v3, or v4 to v4).

However, if you don't want to (or can't) upgrade to 1Password 4 for iOS, you can use 1Password 3 for Mac as an intermediary between version 3 on iOS and version 4 on Mac. This means you'll open 1Password 3 for Mac to do a sync with the iOS app, then the changes will automatically sync between the two Mac versions.

If you're interested in using 1Password 3 that way and would like more details, or have any other questions, please let us know.
