file makes 1PasswordAnywhere not work? [resolved; use on Dropbox website]

When using 1PasswordAnywhere I get an error message about 'a problem' with the encryptionKeys.js file when I click on the 1Password.html
It seems to be the same issue as discussed in this topic:
http://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/19186/corrupted-file-makes-1password-anywhere-not-work-resolved-renamed-moved-1p-keychain

As suggested there I have removed and re-synced w/ Dropbox. I also created the folder

[Dropbox/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain]

and re-synced again.

Any advice as to what I can try to fix this?

    Hi @Job_,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing 1Password through 1Password Anywhere. I'd like to take a closer look at your system here. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/diagnostic-report.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Job_‌

Thanks for sending the Report in! Someone from our support team will respond directly via email so that we're not creating any confusion or duplicating efforts between here and there. :)

Solution that worked for me: Accessing 1PasswordAnywhere by going to the actual https://www.dropbox.com/ website itself, instead of via the Dropbox folder in Finder. 1PasswordAnywhere generally only works by accessing it through the website.

    Thanks for the followup, @Job_.

I'm glad to hear using 1PasswordAnywhere through the Dropbox site is working for you. It is also possible to use it locally with Safari and Chrome, as @khad explains: here. I hope that additional information is helpful.
