Auto-fill in Chrome doesn't always work

I recently switched to 1Password from Dashlane (using Google Chrome and a Mac). 1Password does not seem to complete forms and will often not log in automatically. Any suggestions to facilitate this process? (I migrated from Dashlane, which does a much better job of filling forms and entering login/password info).

    Hi gwpitt, I have used 1Password since its inception and I find it is great, but sometimes I have the same problem, the program will not "open and fill", so I oblige and fill manually. It doesn't happen often so I don't bug anyone about it, but if it is happening a lot, get hold of the Support Team. Cheers :- )

    If a login isn't filling correctly on a specific site, please try saving a new login following these instructions:

    Saving a new Login manually

    That will often fix it. If it doesn't, please let us know the URL of the login page and we'll be happy to investigate. :)
