Data missing in 1Password 4

I just upgraded from iPassword 3 to iPassword 4 via the mac app store. After I finished re-installing extensions, I noticed that while all of the usernames / passwords were transferred, extra info associated with the accounts (serial numbers, api keys, etc...) are not showing up. Why did this data not transfer and can it be recovered?

    Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble migrating to version 4.

    Where did you have the extra info (serial numbers, api keys, etc...) stored? The notes field of items?

    Please let me know a bit more info, and we'll go from there.

    It was stored as arbitrary keys and values. (The area that, as of 1password 4, is displayed above the notes field). I also realized that my password database was stored in some Library sub-sub-sub-folder which wasn't included in my backups.

    If you click show web form details, can you see the missing fields?

    We found a bug that caused some of the fields manually added in 1Password 3 to not appear in version 4.

    It is fixed in the beta and we will be submitting version 4.3 to Mac App Store this week.
