Wants to reinstall app and then...

Dear friends,
After using 1Password v4 for a while, all of a sudden it wants to reinstall the app. I download and go to install, but it then wants to know where on my computer the keychain is stored. I do now know. I can't find out.

First, I could use some help, since the program is useless if you can't access the data.
Second, is this really necessary to put me through? It was working fine.

What do I do please?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. I'd like to take a closer look at your system to find out just what's going on here. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
